$229 flat for a standard Level 1 sweep and inspection. That includes containment, cleanup and photos of what we found. Camera scoping is a separate $199 add-on if the inspection calls for it.
It is common, and it is usually handled in one visit. A gas fireplace inspection and cleaning is $229. We check the burner, pilot, logs, glass and venting, and tell you what, if anything, needs attention.
