Our story

1st Choice Residential began in 2009 with a straightforward belief: technical work only earns trust when it is paired with honest communication and care for the home. What started in North Texas grew into a family-run service company supporting homeowners across Dallas–Fort Worth, Mobile and Baldwin County.
Founder Jeff Baldwin brought the discipline of a Navy Seabee to the work. The company now focuses on the systems that make a home safer, warmer and more enjoyable—from fireplace installations and gas repairs to chimney sweeping, dryer vents and premium outdoor grills.
