Dallas has every kind of fireplace we work on: original masonry in Lakewood, the M Streets and Oak Cliff, factory-built gas units in the newer builds up north, and serious built-in grills in the outdoor kitchens of Preston Hollow and Highland Park. We inspect what is actually installed, show you photos, and quote any repair in writing before we start.
Our shop is in Arlington, so Dallas is a normal drive for us, not a special trip. There is no separate Dallas office and we don't claim one.

$229 flat for a standard Level 1 sweep and inspection. That includes containment, cleanup and photos of what we found. Camera scoping is a separate $199 add-on if the inspection calls for it.
Yes. Deep cleaning starts at $239 for a 2-burner and repairs are quoted after diagnosis. Kalamazoo, Lynx, Blaze, Coyote, DCS, Alfresco, Twin Eagles, Wolf and Hestan are all regular work for us.
$229. We clear the full run from the dryer to the outside termination and check airflow before we leave. Long runs in two-story homes are the usual reason a dryer takes two cycles.
